ok, not one to make endorsements, but after spending the last 5 days with Morning Song, I must. I basically drink three things: coffee, wine and water. In that order.
Enjoying coffee all day and at all temps, I rarely find one like Morning Song - enjoyable at every stage, hot to room-temp to iced. From the first promise of dark chocolate and dried berry aromas in the bag, to the cup's silk-smooth feel and bold yet comforting flavors - Morning Song triggers those sweet endorphins (you true coffee lovers know what I mean!). My process: French Press. For one cup at a time, I prefer the old 'jug' method, with a 3 minute steep then pouring, thru an unbleached filter, directly into a warm cup.
